As a youth, opening day of trout fishing season was eagerly awaited. My father and I carried a creel basket of black ash similar to the one presented here. I have handcrafted the buckles, hinges, rivets, as well as, all connections for the strap I have handcrafted. The lining of the fish drop was my own idea for a more elegant touch.

This is a creel purse of sterling silver, mahogany wood and leather shoulder strap.
